Consumer Redressal

Sir, 1. I had sent an very very important consignment through first flight courier on the 21 Nov 2013. The consignment was not delivered at the address and they have returned it giving false information that the no such consignee is available. Neither did they ring up the consignee.The consignees address is as given below. Mrs LINY EASOW 12-13-705/9/B/203 RVF Himaja Apartments Street 1 Nagarjuna Nagar Tarnaka Hyderabad- 500017 Mob : 9390670518 All these information was given on the cover, copy of which is available with me. I was to take the return documents to Delhi. My going to Delhi was a waste as the completed documents were not received. I had an expenditure of more than Rs 30000/ which will have to be borne by you due to the lackadaisical attitude of your staff at Coimbatore and Hyderabad. You are requested to make good my loss or else I intend taking First Flight to the consumer court. Even after repeated complaints to ffcl@firstflight.net they have not bothered respond
