Consumer Redressal

Sir, I bought a steal ALAMARA (steal cubord) from \'smart home appliances Balaramapuram at 10.30am. The shope is near bevarage selling outlet of Balaramapuram. I told them that i want the alamara width of 36\" and height of 75\" only. They guaranteed the the alamara is within that limit only. so i bought it with the amount of RS 4000/- Then i loaded the product in an auto at the same time my friend came and told that the alamara is not within the limit. And he had been with measuaring tape and found that it is about 78\" height. At once I returned the alamara. But the shope owner was not willing to repay the money. He told that he canot repay the money. He can give money only after selling the product somebodyelse. In the evening they phoned me. When i reached their they returned Rs 3000/- only. Sir is this business. What can i do.? It is very painful.
