I am a DishTv customer VC No 01512121553. I had requested for a shift in location, consequent to my change in residence. My request was registered as No 103138868. I was promised that no charges will be levied and the request will be done in 24 hours. I have been speaking everyday, to no avail. Every time they apologize and promise me that the action would be done in 24 hours. Today is the 21st. Nothing has been done.
