dear sir, i\'ve booked a new year gift bearing No. Z10565883 from delhi to pune from DTDC on 26/12/2013 well in advance to my sir, who is retd pro VC/ VC from lucknow university, he is a father figure to me. firm told me that it would be delivered within 2-3 days as it is send thru air cargo. To my surprise even today on 04/01/2014 21:00 hrsit has not been delivered .tomorrow is sunday on 5th jan they will not deliver it. Now if they deliver it or not it doesn\'t matter to me. This fir has playing with my relation. I was surprise to know that they have sent it thru road not even by train despite knowing it is a gift as these people open and see the item before booking. Sir kindly guide me to fight against this callousness nd insensitivity of the firm. thank u sir
