Consumer Redressal

I have submitted my phone in nokia care in gurgaon, sahara mall. They have given my phone to main factory as they said.They provided me a target date. But when i went there they told me that the parts which are required is not available in factory so they have not delivered us.I requested for new phone. Still they are not providing. I am going daily and the same answer. They have no curtiosy to call back on the alternate no. given to tell me the status.
