Consumer Redressal

Dear sir my name is ram nath kakria and my V. C. No is 01501061921. I have filled the subscription of 6 months from 08-11-2012 by cheque favoring \"dish tv india limited\" with cheque number 668183 dated 08-11-2012 amounting rs 1200/-. The cheque amount has now been debited from my account number 10506665978 in sbi sector 7 chandigarh on 08-11-2012.I have send pdf file (bank copy 0001.Pdf) showing statement of my sbi account in which the amount has been debited on page2 and page 3. I have mailed all details 6 times but no action has been taken yet. Please force the dish tv to start the transmission or refund the amount with 18% interest and harassment charges thanking you. Sh.
