Consumer Redressal

I am a customer of Ultrapure Technology & Appliances India Ltd, for 4-5 years in Kolkata. Recently facing mechanical issues with the chimney. So I have logged call but not one but two call and don’t know how many more I need to do. In the 1st case I was told that due to refusal of payment the call has been closed so no engineer visited me, which took me by surprise as I did not even speak to any representative. So I have again logged a call for assistance and since then no one visited my residence. Today my wife thought of calling them up for a follow up in Kolkata helpline, they were so arrogant and nonsense to speak with and used slangs to a woman and even don’t have manners while speaking to lady. I want a strong action against them, even if I don’t get proper support regarding chimney but they should regret their behavior and refrain from such nauseating acts with any lady.
