Consumer Redressal

Dear SIR, I refer to my purchase of water geyser thru Invoice no.4424 dated 05.12.2010 model USHA LEXUS 2LTS. Serial no UN2907LC1293. The same was purchased at 6000/- cash from Goel Engineers & Traders shop no 148 sector-15, Faridabad. I have found the Geyser is of very poor or bad quality as it has failed to work continuously even for one year and so far 6 times the tank and heater has been replaced. I feel usha company must take the geyser back and refund my hard earned money. In view of the harassment by USHA company I am left with no choice but to take legal help and file a case in consumer court for final settlement. Thanks. K.K.Agrawal 09818322270
