Consumer Redressal

At the time of withdraw Rs.5000/- (TXN No.9578) I get only Rs.1500/-from SBI ATM, Dhakuria on 13/12/13, 11:46 a.m.& message inform me about debited Rs.5000/-from my a/c.Same day 11:49 a.m.again I have tried to draw Rs.3000/-(TXN No.9579)now amount debited but no money dispensed to me.About 1 hour Rs.3000/- reverse to my a/c. I have informed the Br.Manager,SBI,Dhakuria,Kolkata with ATM customer advice copy and send a copy to the Br.Manager, SBI, PBB,Salt Lake,my son personally contact & informed the Manager ,SBI,PBB,Salt Lake.But Rs.3500/- which was not dispensed to me (Rs.5000/-minus Rs.1500/-) from ATM SBI,Dhakuria, Kolkata-31 is still not yet credited to my a/c.I am really surprised and totally helpless,find no other alternatives to solve my problem. Please help me.Hope you will co-operate with me and solve the problem.
