Dear Sir/Madam
This is regarding retailers (other than hotels, restaurants and other such places) charge 2 rupees extra on selling of cold drinks. Cold drink name itself says that A DRINK THAT IS TO BE SERVED COLD. than why these shopkeepers demand this 2 rs on the name of cooling charges.
I request you to take strict action against this activities as these retailers are becoming arrogant because of this and are doing business the way they want giving no respect to customers.
Expecting your kind co operation and action on the same as this is also a type of corruption.
