It has been 15 days, i have placed order and payment given however i have neither received product nor my money back.
I am going to take this to Consumer Redressal court . Homeshop18 is adopting to illegal, unethical and immoral business practices by making false promises to consumers. I have decided to initiate a legal action and I request you to assist me in this regard.
I would like to escalate this case to higher level and would like to take action asap.
