my consumer number is 599669, with HP gas.I am not receiving lPg subsidy amount to my account. I was able to receive the advance money that use to transferred when a connection is provided. But I am not receiving the subsidy amount when ever I am refilling a new LPG.I have already paid for two refills with full amount and I am still awaitin g to get the subsidy into my account. When ever I go to the dealer they response that my address may not be same in Bank account and my Aadhaar card. But when I complained in the HP Portal they don\'t even have the information that I have booked two refills, they are giving me an old information when I ave received money for the subsidy when I was with my old dealer.
