Consumer Redressal

I have purchased 250 teak plant from a person named Alok Barman,from haldar para ,balurghat on 26 jan 2013.he charged me rs 69 per pice, but actual price of this saplings are not more than 25.he didnt visited the project till 6 month.and all the saplings died and now he refusing to return the money.as he promise us he will visit the proj monthly and if the saplings are dead he will replace or refund us the amount.Like us he cheated another person by same thing.
