My FDR No 30055 for Rs 2,48,942 with Birla Power has matured on 01st December 2013 and I have already submitted the signed certificate at the company\'s duly appointed agent Adroit office.
However till date I have not received the repayment cheque. Repeated followup with the Companys head office has gone unanswered.
Please help me take necessary action against the company and recover my money.
