Consumer Redressal

I had purchased a samsung tablet p6200 from the website buytheprice.com on 29th of october 2012. The product was delievered to me with a broken seal and a badly damaged box inside the packing which the company had provided. We cannot check the products which are delievered by courier before accepting them according to the rules of the site. the tablet had finger prints on it which indicated prior handling before it was delievered to the consumer.
