Consumer Redressal

After a long daya, the bank deducted my earnings from my a/c. Almost they deducted repeatedly from my account. Whatever my knowledge , the last balance was at my A?C (Zero Balance) was near about Rs. 3000/- , now the balance is Rs. 0/- . The bank looted my A/C balance illegally. I am following up with the bank, but they are not looking that issue, and they are ignoring this. They are claiming that they converted my zero balance A/c to General Savings A/c . How is this possible that a zero balance A/c is getting converted without placing any prior notice to Customer. How they cheat with me? I want this money should be back to my Savings A/c asap. The bank is just ignoring me.
