Consumer Redressal

Hi Sir/Madam, I am an employee working in MNC. I would like to bring you an issue which neither electricity department now municipal department claims it. There is a current pole in front of my house in Ramanthapur, Sharada nagar colony, Near Sharada Nagar Community hall, behind ADRM hospital lane. Just beside that current pole, there is a big tree which has grown up heavily and touched even high tension wires. This is leading to a VERY VERY DANGEROUS situation, causing threat as to when those wires might get clashed with the force of the tree & air. This will definitely cause a huge loss if thing get worsen. i have made an initial request to the Municipal corporation team to cut down the tree. They denied the request saying that this responsibility falls under Electricity department since the complaint is linked up with electric pole. when i raised complaint with electricity department, they even denied it saying that cutting of trees is municipal department\'s job and they are no were concern. Now I’m not exactly sure as to who to approach now, as both the departments are not claiming the responsibility. Infact, there are heavy trees in our entire lane (not just in front of my house). Being a consumer to both the departments paying property tax and electricity bill, now i\'m approaching this forum to seek a quick resolution. Please Please someone respond and save from being any worst situation happens. Thanks, Pramod
