I was working with MNC named Quamtium Mail Logistics Solutions Ind Pvt. Ltd. having head office at Bangalore for 4 years & left the organization on 01 May 2013.after I left co. deposited PF application to PF office at Bangalore after a regourous follow up with HR team for 6 months.
However the same got rejected by PF office stating raising some queries on CO. since then after mailing to HR again and again for acquring status of the same there in neither a respons nor any sign of resolvement with PF office.
further we came to know that co.was infact depositing PF only when employee leaves & apply for PF withdrawal & not on a monthly status. this might have lead to objection by PF office.
we need to know is there any suggestions / legal advice to raise complaint regarding same.
