Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir am pravin sonawane hv applied for personal loan with Hdfc bank via DSA for Rs 350000,my a/c has been cr with Rs 333646.The bank /DSA has misguided me about the loan and insurance premium has been dr to my loan a/c amout Rs 4871.I reached andheri retail asset loan centre at on 26th DEC 13 but the sales manager Mr Anupam soni has not responded properly and said I cant do anything I hv to continue a/c As I don’t know the details of DSA (Mr Raghvendra shetty)I requested them to provide me detailed address of DSA with agency code but the bank has refused the same.On second time 28th dec 13 by requesting many times to employee of bank I could closemy account by paying amount higher than loan amount of Rs 344106 and paid per day interest to bank.closure form on 26th 2013 is with me for record purpose. The bank employee and DSA are not responding my phone calls and many sms sent by me to bank employee and DSA , as I stay in Ulhasnagar its not possible for me to visit their andheri
