I bought a Godrej Refrigerator model GFE30CVT4N from Vijay Sales, Chembur vide bill no.81-swr04-13siaot-308 dt. 06.04.2013. Since May, 2013,I have been complaining to Godrej that vegetables kept in veg tray are getting spoiled and fungus is forming on vegetables including ginger and I have submitted photos of the same. They deputed technicians and changed the thermostat thrice but the problem has not yet been addressed. I now request your intervention since over last two weeks there is silence from Godrej. Kindly get the problem solved by replacing the refrigerator. Thanks & regards Srikanth
