The Amul Malai Paneer which i Purchased on 27 dec 2013 at 1:30 p.m from Hawai Condiments was not in a state of consumption after cooking which i did at 1.45 p.m. After cooking the paneer was bitter in state. The Paneer was supposed to kept in frozen state but the shopkeeper has kept it in refrigerator just like that. After complaing him he literally denied that this is not not his fault rather it is our fault that we have kept it in open for 1 hour. I have also launched a complain in Amul and the complaint number is 18724.
