Consumer Redressal

I worked at M/s Trident Limited, E-212, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab from July\' 2009 till May\' 2013. I was illegally terminated from my job without citing any legal reason and giving mandatory notice of three months. MD of company Mr. Rajinder Gupta also used bad language. Since then I have written many mails and reminders to the MD of company and CEO without any reply from them. The company has refused to disburse my dues since May\' 2013. The company is holding my salary of May\' 2013, bonus of year 2012 and 2013. My EPF and Gratuity as well is held back by company. I seek your kind assistance in helping me recover my dues from the company. I am not the only one, the company mistreated many other employees. I want you help me to compensate accordingly
