I am a custoomer of airtel DTH service. My customer ID is 3007543947. I had subscribed for economy sports pack on both my set top boxes but without any notice my english news channels and star sports were stopped and the charges were hiked. The packs are being added and deleted without consent on their own whims. The customer care never replied properly.
