I want to submit a complaint against AXIS Bank Pandri Branch Raipur. I had applied to the bank for the transfer of my Axis bank account from Mumbai to Raipur on december 05, 2013 on urgent basis and i have provided my photo and my address proof documents and i was assured that my account will get transferred with in 2 working days but 20 days have already passed and still my request is pending and the bank executives are not providing any reasons and explanations. So pleased suggest the steps to be taken against the this negligence of the bank.
