Consumer Redressal

I brought Aqua Gaurd in the year of 2013 Feb. when i took Aqua Gaurd the representative said its 12 months warranty.but 2 weeks before i got call from Aqua Gaurd customer care, they are saying your warranty period is completed. i have all the proofs but customer care executives are saying we cant do any thing. When spoke with their representative they are not properly responding, they are simply saying that was company fault we are not responsible for that issue. i don\'t know what i need to do. please help me.
