Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, I have a DTH connection of TATA Sky DTH from last 5year and Subscriber ID 1051431268 and Mobile no is 9831077592, on 13th December 2013, I was book a service call for relocation and on 14th service engineer come for relocation and he complete the job but some problem found in sound. As per him it will be clear after some time but after one day 16th Dec. again I call the service center for solve my problem. 1st they give me some direction for solve the problem but it was un solved , Then I call again for solve the issue. On 17th service engineer come to my home he solved the TATA sky sound problem But he make damage my other sound system . On 18th Dec. the make extra charge Rs. 150/- for service. I already pay Rs. 200/- (on 14/12/2013). And disconnect my service due to un sufficient balance from 19th dec.2013. I was called many time to TATA sky Customer Care for refund my money in TATA sky account and start the service again but nothing positive from them. Reque
