I am the retailer of Airtel and airtel gave a facility to return our balance if we wrongly doing any recharge.
I was doing a wrong recharge on 1st of december 2013 on 8295804931 and send the message to return my amount of 80 ruppees. they deduct the amount from wrong number but cannot send it to write number.
I complained many times but it not processed till now. please try to make it solve.
