Dear Sir,
I have given a order to develop a website to Wincent Technologies India Pvt Ltd after negotiation against their quotation with its business head Mr.Sanjeev Kumar and Mr.Ragavendra .They agreed to deliver the product within one week of advance payment with the specification quoted inthe quotation.But after full payment and deliver of the product i realised that the product has not met the specification mentioned inthe quotation.The company has given a bogus invoice for thier service.Please advise how to get it done from them even after my repeated phone calls and mails.Kindly advise
