I had working as employee for Acropetal Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore from 21st Feb 2011 to June 7th 2013. Acropetal had deducted the PF amount for every month of my salary. I have applied for withdrawing my PF 5 months back. But till now I did not receive my PF amount. I have sent several mails and made several phone calls to Acropetal. But I did not proper response and they use to tell me like you will get it soon. They have informed that my \"PF payment for the some months are still pending to be remitted\". Kindly advice me how can i go forward. Please get back to me for any details.
