I have received the credit card bill from hdfc for Rs.20048. I had purchased a mobile for 13290 under emI option. Total amount is added in the bill and shows total due is 20048. When I ask them to send me revised bill, they refuse. Kindly help me. I even said that I will complain where they reply u can. Is this the reply I can expect as a customer?
