I purchase a tata photon+ data card from Global Services show no.-17 Gurgaon on 5/11/2012.But after giving full payment to them my card is still not activated on 9/11/2012, i am trying to follow up the dealer but he is not responding me even he is not picking up my phone call. I have the Bill from dealer.Kindly help me out.
