Hi, We are being harassed by ICICI recovery agents now for almost 3 years... As per their records i had not made a payment of policy premium, when i had cancelled my policy. Now that amount after interest is gone to 25000 RS We had personally gone to the ICICI Branch at Matunga, where we did submit the credit card through which the policy payment used to be done and have a letter stamped by their branch manager in originals that they did accept the same and agreed that no further charges will be payable by us I have expressed my concern with the ICICI grievance cell and also complained to banking ombudsman... However its becoming increasingly difficult as the calls have increased and also their threats They did send an agent once at our residence, without any proper documentation and we had complained the same at Antophill police station I strongly want to take an action them for harassment adnd making our life miserable when we are NOT AT FAULT Sandesh Damle
