i ordered a shoes and t-shirt from yepme (ORDER NO- 4046495) dated 8 nov-2013. I received just shoes in the order . T-shirt was missing so i filed a online complaint. After 3-4 days i received t-shirt. Meanwhile i found shoes were defective. I could not register a online complaint as they dont allow 2 complaints online for same order. So i got my complaint registered manually on 12 nov. Shoes were returned to them on 16th nov through their courier partner GoJavas (Docket no- 340302). Now its been a month. I have called them many times but they always make excuses. Please look into the matter and make me refund as they are not following their 30-day policy
