Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I\'d applied for PR visa for Canada through WWICS in Sept\'09 and my case got rejected in Feb\'11 due to improper filing of my file by them. I\'ve all the necessary documents to prove that. Now after fighting for more tha two years for full refund they finally settled to an amount of Rs. 45,000/-, whereas I\'ve paid them Rs. 1,30,000/-. I\'d like to explain the entire case in detail with you if given me an opportunity. Please suggest.
