Consumer Redressal

I have taken a Personal Loan from HDFC Bank the tenure is 36 Month, in that I have paid 29 Installment. not continued but in that 4 EMI was not paid but to understand the exact amount I asked HDFC guys to provide me paid EMI details so i can arrange the money, but I havent received any statement. After sending a mail in writing to that I\'ll not paid any EMI till I haven\'t receive any statement. Hence I stop EMI, immidiately in next month they lien on my Salary/Saving account and recovered 22,000 from account which is my full month salary. after taking the huge amount no money left with me to run my house.In same month I had a baby and there is no money left with me to pay hospitals bill. Please help me with valuable suggestion.
