Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, My self Dinesh kumar narota working in gurgaon. On 13/12/2013 i am crossing toll plaza-24, entering into gurgaon from Delhi. I ahve paid toll amount i.e. Rs.21 to the collecter in lane number 16. when i am crossing suddenly boom barrier drops on my car(DL 12cc6575)and windshield got damaged. Manager over their to do a complaint then he said we will see it. no one is taking responsibility of the damage to my car. on 16/12/2013 i called myself to PRO (Ms. Jenifer - 9560993163)she is saying its my my fault. i dont know why it is my fault unless i have paid the the toll amount. i asked her to give me the video for the same and asked her to transfer call to management perons.. she declined for the same. No one is taking responsibility for the damage. I am a middle class person and cant bear the damege by the person sitting at the collection booth. Kindly look into the matter and help me out from the same. Someon from DSC should take the responsibility of damage. Please help me out
