am Rakesh prabhu R It would be gladful if u can provide me some of the details .
My Provident fund account no: CB/CBE/1320-A/326 and from the statement i received
when i was working in D C JOHAR & SONS P LTD, i also get to know about the EPS
Scheme . would be gladful if u can provide the information on what are the
procedures to withdraw the amount from my provident fund acc . and also to whom
should i send the PF forms .I HOPE THE FORM 19 AND FORM 10 C WOULD BE APPROPRIATE
AND ALSO IF I ATTEST WITH NOTARY AND SEND THE FORMS WOULD IT WORK.
