I ordered a trolley bag from snapdeal .I have an issue with the product. There is de-colorization in the product. My return request was accepted at first and then at the end of 10 days they said it is not possible. I need my money back. My return request ID is 4233165 (Novex Sammerry Purple 4 Wheel Trolley - 20 Inches).
