HDFC Bank Ltd Chembur Branch Savings account No 00131140003566. On 01.11.2013, two ATM transactions were done in HDFC Tilak Nagar Police station ATM at 17.36 and 17.39 for Rs 10,000 and 2000. Both these transactions issued a slip stating \"Transaction declined,Unable to dispense\'\' but the Bank refunded only Rs 10000 and pocketed Rs 2000 and informed that this transaction was successful. The Banks do not answer to the query why transaction slip showed unable to dispense if the amount of Rs 2000 transaction was successful.
