SUB : SUN TV MY Smart Card No.41154452571, complaint lodged on 04 December,2013 complaint No.1-9410459765 regarding set top box not working same is attended on 12 December 2013 and taken fees of Rs.500/- for replacement of set top box and charge. On 12 December 2013 half hour all channel program was seen properly then tv screen become blank only tv channel no showing. On 13 December 2013 i again called sun tv customer care, all the detail explained to them they said keep set top box switch on till 2 hour. 13 December 2013 at 8.15 pm hour to 11 pm hour all program seen then again channel become blank. on 14 December 2013 i has lodged again complaint at morning and complained at 12.13. They only demanding service charges but not clearing set top box program. Please give justice or tell them to return my payment of Rs.2050/- + 246 (i recharged for one year and my balance amount) please.
