To, The Consumer Redressal Cell I hereby put across a strong complaint against the below mentioned company who deals in water purifiers. Pure H2O RO Systems M/153, 1st Floor, Apmc Market 2, Sector 19, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400703 Contact No. 022-67303958; 022-41239865; 022-41239866 Website - http://www.pureh20rosystems.com Contact Person. Mr. Pinaki The above agency has collected Rs. 3000 from me before 10 months towards a comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for timely services on my water purifier. However, they have failed to deliver any of the AMC services at all. I have a contract copy and proof of payment duly signed and stamped by the company. On contacting their contact numbers, noone answers their calls. I have made multiple calls to them but in vain. The intention of this company is not to provide services and dupe consumers. I therefore, seek your intervention and legal action against this company and arrange to refund my entire sum + compensation towards customer harassment. This company should be legally banned and i will take the firm to the consumer court.
