Dear Sir, I gave contract to one construction person Mahesh Sharma (Kapil Construction,INDORE) to make \"A\" class bungalow but with in one month of possession Rain is coming from wall & all are looking dull . by making so many calls & contact he is not responding & not doing correct treatment for water proofing & colours . there is mental harassment claim I also would like to add of Rs.3.00 Lacs. Please tell me how & where I would to file case in INDORE (M.P.) please also tell me that what will be cost would to pay & how many days result of this case will be solved.
