Consumer Redressal

I applied for a loan in HDFC Bank. But they are saying that you are already entitled with a loan of Rs. 2,50,000 & Rs. 51,000. I have never ever applied for a loan before. One thing that I want to say that I have a salary account in Axis Bank, I have a credit card whose limit is Rs. 50,000 & there is a pre approved loan of Rs. 2,50,000. Tell me what I have to do for that to clear all these amount. Thanks
