Consumer Redressal

Sir, I am the resident of said residential area. Next to my house, there is a storm water drain. Earlier this year, the sewerage line was left open and connected to this drainage. Since the drainage is right in front of my house main door, we have been having problem with foul smell and enormous mosquitoes breeding causing major health hazard. I have raised this concern with BBMP and BWSSB and also lodged both written and online complaints. Called BWSSB helpline several times and lodged complaint. Even, I have sent an email to CM’s office with copy to chairman, BWSSB. There was clear instruction from CM’s PRO to BWSSB Chairman’s office to resolve the problem. It seems the department people are thick skinned and least bothered about civilian problems. With no hopes of getting this resolved through Govt. departments, I am approaching you to kindly help us to get this issue resolved on urgency by the concerned department and live our healthy lives.
