Consumer Redressal

I have made biannual maintenance contract with EUREKA FORBES on dated 17/02/2012 & paid Rs 2280/- for that. But since then nobody has turned up for maintenance.In 2010 also they did same thing,from Feb 2010 to Feb 2011 they visited only once even though maintenance is to be done quartely.Mean while their sales man has visited my premises for sailing the products but maintenance ,they have forgotten.As I am using the water filter without maintenance ,my daughter has suffered infection in the month of August & was admitted in hospital for 7 days.I have lodged complaint on their help line number in the month of Sept but nothing has been done.
