Sub:Cheating of a Godrej Dealer:Delivery of Damaged product & not resolved since last 2 months

I had purchased a new Godrej Cupboard H-1 Model (invoice 64i/ 24021406 dated 22 July ,2013) on 15th october, 2013. Full payment (Rs. 23500) was taken in advance by the said dealer. But to my surprise, I was delivered a defective piece which I refused to accept and on refusal,assured to replace it by next day. But then he denied. On registering complaint to Godrej,they replaced the product to dealer and now he is not delievering that product to us after taking recieving in advance. I feel cheated from both the dealer as well as Godrej as company is also not takig any action against dealer. So, I want my refund with full compensation at the earliest.
