Dear sir,
I had blocked a flat by paying a token money of rs.100000 of the total booking amount of rs. 737000, of a flat in Subham Elite in guwahati assam. The flat i had booked was of a total value of rs. 4900000 approx. The flats no is I1 in first floor block e. After booking the flat i felt due to my running problems i dont think i will want to go ahead with it. So within 12 days i informed them about it and they said i have to forfiet this amount or i have to pay 10% of the total value of the flat that is 10% of 49 lakhs. I had not even signed any agreement with them. I havent even given them the filled up form for the booking of the flat. So please kindly see as to what can be done. Booking date 25/11/2013.
