Consumer Redressal

I went to titan eye+ bangalore branch near kamakhya theatre to get my eyes after test. I opted for frame and glasses and made full payment of 5700.On using new lenses, right from first hour I started feeling strain in the eyes &headache.The pain prolonged for 15 more days and I went to the showroom again. Different lady checked my eyes and said issue is that I am using frame glasses hence the pain as I was using frameless glassss earlier. I insisted on testing again. To my surprise there was noc hnage of power at all in lhs eye..right eye also no major difference compared to earlier specs.. the lady was asking me to give some solution for my prb.as there was no solution from them I only asked change lhs glass. They asked for 3 days to order and week to get new lens. said not possible as cannot shift to old number. I lost confidence was not happy with their dealing as I wud hv lost eyesight. I wrote to titan eye plus for refund..no answer complaint no 0002-9165..std ans is no refund..
