Respected President,
I had been using credit card of AXIS Bank( N0. 4718 6300 0343 2951) since more than 5 years. In the month of September 2013,I reported the concerned persons, Customer Care for discontinue my card before negotiations and settlement. They blocked my card over phone without final settlement. In spite of that I pay the minimum due amount by cheque( Rs. 1000/-)dt 14th September on the basis of total outstanding(Rs. 19,909.87). Unfortunately the cheque had been dishonoured on the basis of UNKNOWN REASON from their end and fortunately honoured again within few days as per my updated passbook. In this period they charged irrelevant charges. I mailed several times at Customer care to get the proper reasons but they did not entertain. I did not pay any amount against my card and now the concerned persons,collection center Bank demanding Rs. 23,912.87 as total outstanding and minimum due amount Rs 6,183/-. Please look after the matter & oblige.
