Consumer Redressal

Respected Sir I shall be highly pleased to request you to cheack this metter urgently. I am Sabuj Bhattacharya son of Tarun Kumar Bhattacharya lives at katwa in burdwan district. I have an account in State Bank Of India , Katwa branch. On last saterday 30/11/2013 in my account there have some transaction of RS : 7200/- . I recive a credit balence of RS:7200/- , I dont know from where this balence is credited in my account . Now I stay in kolkata fo my job but my parents stay in katwa. I was call on bank help desk to know about transaction of 7200/- but they dont co-operate with me and when I request them to told me the details about that transaction they through me a bad behaviour and they dont tell who they are aqnd told me that if they dont co-operate with me what should I do but I told them I cant do anything then they cut my phone. I want to know about that transaction because if in this transaction there have any kind of terriosist activity or any other kind of criminal activity
